Proctorview offers online proctoring, monitoring, and assessment support for educational institutions, universities, training organizations, and corporates.

3. User Responsibilities

• Institutions are responsible for obtaining valid consent from students before enabling proctoring.
• Users must not attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with the platform.
• Users must ensure a functional internet connection, camera, and microphone when required.

4. Data Usage

We process personal data (video, audio, screen activity, keystrokes, facial recognition where enabled) only for proctoring and assessment purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including software, trademarks, and platform design, belong to Ciotx Private Limited.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for accuracy and continuity, Ciotx Private Limited is not liable for technical errors, disruptions, or indirect damages.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate Services if these Terms are violated. Institutions may discontinue Services with prior notice.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
